​Shipping

•  All items are Made to Order and will be ready to ship within 14 business days, unless mentioned otherwise and depends on the quantity. 

• All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via Israel Post (Eco post), in express shipping we work with a variety of companies (FEDEX, DHL, EMS and more). Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item. If you believe your order has shipped and you didn't receive this email from us, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

• Shipping from Israel usually takes up to 2 weeks to Europe and 2-3 weeks to the US and Australia. On rare occasions, a delay (customs/other) may occur and your order can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

• we'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

• Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, after entering your details, according to the weight of the items ordered.

• Express shipping is available for additional postal fees. 

• Please note: It is the buyers responsibility to pay for your countries Import Taxes, Duties, Vat, etc.​

• When the shipping cost is not available on checkout - It may happen if you wish to purchase a large quantity of items (6kg and above) we will contact you to give you a special shipping quote. 

 Return Policy 

• We accept returns up to 14 days from receiving the package. Please contact us and let us know. 

• The items must be unworn/unused and in original condition with the original packaging. 

• Once the goods arrive back to our studio, in the original and unused condition, we will process the refund for the goods via PayPal. 

• Shipping costs will not be returned. Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost.
